Her 17-year practice spans from multi-unit apartment buildings to multi-million dollar shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, and land parcels.

Ms. Granat has received numerous Top Producer Awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors.

Ms. Granat earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. She has a real estate license in Illinois and is a member of CCIM IL Chapter, ICSC, NICAR, Chicago Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, CoStar, Crexi and Loopnet.
